For years, we've shared the same frustration: tennis and padel balls, so essential to the game, quickly lose their quality and all too often end up in the garbage can. This over-consumption and the resulting pollution have always come to us as absurd and... frankly, unfair.
How does the product work?
Our solution uses a smart compressor with auto-stop to restore and maintain optimal pressure in tennis and padel balls between each training session. Balls lose pressure over time due to the gas permeability of rubber. BUP can store 120 balls.
Our system recreates the ideal conditions by restoring the original pressure (28 PSI), thus extending their life by at least 2 times. As long as the ball is not too worn, it can be re-inflated. With BUP, you'll never throw away a ball for lack of pressure again.
Why do tennis and padel balls lose pressure?
The balls are made of a rubber shell covered with glue and felt. The air contained in this shell gradually escapes due to the natural porosity of the rubber. Even when the bullets are stored, they lose pressure. As a result, the bullets lose their bounce and become "dead", even though they still appear to be in good visual condition.
